This piece is a transcription (by Bryan Dunnewald) of a prelude and fugue Robert McCormick improvised at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Philadelphia. Based on the African-American spiritual McKee (as arranged by Harry T. Burleigh in many hymnals).
