In the article, it says: "Kingston resident David Schaap
said Congress being controlled by one party is dangerous. "I
prefer a split congress," he said. "It provides for
a more deliberative process with more compromise. I don't want
either party to have total control." [I said something similar,
but more intelligent sounding than that]
