David Lowry has provided two short, easy pieces that will make useful fraction anthems or communion motets, both with texts drawn from the Episcopal Church’s volume "Enriching Our Worship I." The first ("We break this bread to share in the Body of Christ") features a lyrical melody supported by the organ. The second motet ("Happy are those who are called to the Supper of the Lamb") provides an option for a congregational refrain surrounding a brief canonic middle section for the choir.
